How do I place a custom order
To place a custom order, visit our website,(https://www.sweetbitesdc.com/category/all-products) choose your desired treats (cake pops, cakesicles, or chocolate-covered treats), and select your preferred flavors, colors, and design details. Add your customized items to the cart and complete checkout. We’ll take care of the rest to match your event perfectly.
How far in advance should I place an order?
We recommend placing your custom order at least 3 days in advance. For large events such as weddings, birthdays, or corporate events in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, 3–4 weeks’ notice is preferred to ensure availability.
What options are available for last-minute dessert orders?
For last-minute orders, we offer our signature cake pops, available for next-day delivery. These are ready-to-go designs (not customizable), perfect when you need delicious treats on short notice.
Do you accept large or bulk orders for parties or events?
Yes! SweetBites DC offers large and bulk orders for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and school functions. We can customize individually packaged treats or themed dessert displays to perfectly match your event.
Can I select different flavors in one order?
Yes! You can mix flavors to suit your preferences. We offer one flavor per dozen.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes! Changes to quantity, flavor, or design can be made up to 7 days before the event. Custom logos and designs require final approval before production.
Can I customize colors and designs to match my event?
Yes! All treats can be customized to match your theme, colors, and style.
Can you recreate a design I found online?
Yes! Share your inspiration photos and we’ll create a custom version for your event.
Do you offer edible images or logos?
Yes! We offer custom edible image printing for logos and photos.
